Our take
I ordered these for some low-impact toning and they're exactly what I needed. The neoprene coating is soft and grippy, and the 1 lb weight is perfect for rehab or high-rep sets. Getting 12 in one bundle is great value and they come in a cheerful hot pink. That said, the 1 lb weight is really light—you won't build much muscle with these. Also, the set arrived in a small box, but they are functional.
